Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, original condition.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier point across Malaysia.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 14 business days to your original payment method.
